For Delaware residents age of 65+, there is a Lifetime Pass Program. This would allow the person to pay a one time fee of $150.

A park entrance fee is charged per vehicle daily from March 1 to November 30. This fee allows entrance to most Delaware State Parks on the date of purchase.
