6pm Group Run at Delcastle (Thursdays)

Group Run starts 6:00pm each Thursday at start/finish line at Delcastle Recreation Area path. 1 or 2 or more laps of the 1.75 mile lighted path around the park. All paces. Group size ranges from a few to as many as 10.

Meet at the exercise area near the northern (Tennis parking) entrance to park.

We start together and gradually break into groups by pace, so you won’t be alone. Run starts promptly at 6pm and people often gather upon completion. Club membership not necessary and no RSVP needed.

All seasons, every week unless severe weather!

Optional dinner to follow at Ruby Tuesday, Pike Creek or another local restaurant.
