Kick off date is Wed April 5 for the Couch To 5K program. Meetings will take place 6-7 PM at Paper Mill Park, the the corner of Paper Mill and Polly Drummond Roads. YOU MAY JOIN AFTER START DATE.
We will plan on having 8-10 weekly meetings and shoot for everyone to complete in the 6/3 Freedom From Seizure 5K benefiting the Epilepsy Foundation of Delaware. Location is Glasgow Park.
No cost. Optional $25 to enjoy full club membership benefits for entire year!
